Clarity is a 100% digital, paperless company using a powerful CRM and Service Ticketing System to manage all aspects of your pool’s care. Every service visit, technician note, alert, and customer interaction is logged and tracked. If an issue arises—whether reported by you or your technician—a service ticket is automatically generated, ensuring the problem is addressed quickly. You also receive a detailed weekly report via email, and all service history is accessible anytime through your Member Portal.
Every Clarity member has a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) who serves as your personal point of contact. Your CSM oversees all service activity, tracks and communicates issues, coordinates with technicians, and ensures resolutions are timely and transparent. They are available by phone, text, or email, and work behind the scenes using our CRM and Service Ticketing System to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Clarity Connect monitors your pool 24/7, catching chemical imbalances and mechanical problems in real time—even between visits. Clarity documents every visit using our comprehensive digital CRM. Each report includes detailed water chemistry readings, chemical dosing, service tasks completed, technician notes, and photos. If any issues are found, our technician will trigger an alert in the system, and a Service Ticket is created. Your CSM tracks the ticket until resolution. These reports are also sent to you by email and saved in your Member Portal, so you always have a complete maintenance history.
You can view your full service history at any time through the Clarity Member Portal at clarityservices.poolbrain.com. This portal stores weekly reports, chemical trends, equipment photos, invoices, and more. Every action taken on your pool is documented from day one. For additional support, your CSM is always available to help you access or interpret any part of your history.
If you’re a Clarity member, simply contact your CSM to request extra services—whether it’s an emergency or a one-time need. If a technician detects an issue during a visit, they’ll trigger an alert and your CSM will proactively notify you with next steps. For non-members, Clarity is rolling out an AI Triage Service soon, which will allow for fast, smart service requests without needing a membership.
